The annual National Survey on Drug Use and Health shows the rate of illicit drug use rose from eight percent in 2008 to 8.7 percent in 2009, including greater use of marijuana., ecstasy and meth, but a decrease in cocaine use.We discuss whether people are using more drugs, or just being more candid in reporting their use.
