How to Order from CNS

You can order from us via phone, fax, mail or on-line.

VISA or MasterCard Orders

If you are ordering with a Visa or MasterCard, you can immediately set up your profile and place an order. You can set up your profile at the beginning of your session by clicking on My Account, or you can wait until after you place your order and are ready to checkout.

Invoiced Orders

New Customers: Please complete our online credit application after you set up your profile. After this process is complete and your credit is approved, you can order online with a purchase order.

Existing Customers: If you have an established account with CNS and would like to order online, simply place your order, choose the “Pay by PO” option at checkout and follow the instructions.

Setting up Your Profile

Your profile is accessed by entering your email address and password. You can enter or change shipping addresss or change your password at anytime.

International Orders

All international orders must be placed by telephone and be pre-paid in US Dollars using VISA/MasterCard, international Money Order, or checks. Please contact a Customer Service Representative for shipping costs.

Video Performance Rights

The purchase of any of our video titles comes with a single site license which includes Public Performance Rights. This allows the purchaser to show the program to a public audience such as a classroom, 12 step group, a community organization, workshop, professional conferences, etc. The purchase of our films does not include the right to show them theatrically or where admission fees are charged to the general public.
If added flexibility is needed,  as to provide these programs in a shared setting – such as multiple hospital or campus locations, or as online content to students and staff – please contact us for a permission form. Depending on the use, there may be additional licensing fees.
Our goal is to be as accommodating as possible while protecting our products from unauthorized use and replication.

Video Previews

All of our titles are available to qualified instructors, health care professionals, and institutions.

Full Previews – Full online previews are available for a 5-day period. Submit the preview form from any of the product pages or here. If you have any questions, please call Customer Service at 800-888-0617.

Examination Copies

CNS Publications, Inc. will provide an exam copy of Uppers Downers All Arounders (as an eBook) to qualified college faculty, provided the text is being considered for course adoption. Please complete the request form and click Submit at the end of the page. Only those requests that contain your school’s complete shipping address, and course details will be processed.  The eBook exam copy expires after 3 months.

Desk Copies

Once Uppers Downers All Arounders is adopted as a text and your bookstore has placed a minimum order of 10 copies, we will send a desk copy, an instructors manual and a test bank at no charge. Once your bookstore’s cumulative order reaches 25 copies, your department is eligible for the current PowerPoint presentation. Instructor materials are shipped via US Postal Service. Written requests can be sent to the address below.

Shipping Information

We ship most orders within 24 hours via standard ground. Single book examination or single workbook orders and instructors’ ancillary materials are sent US Postal Service. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO addresses are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

We cannot ship UPS to post office boxes or to APO addresses.
Shipping damage MUST be reported within 15 days of invoice date.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary depending on weight and destination. We ship textbooks, workbooks and videos via standard ground, unless otherwise directed by customer. Actual shipping charges are added to your invoice. If you have special shipping instructions call 800-888-0617 and ask to speak to Customer Service Representative.

Returns Policy

DVD Titles and PowerPoint Presentation
These products cannot be returned except in the case of damage during shipment or defects in manufacturing. Defective DVDs must be reported within 30 days of invoice date. Please call Customer Service at 800-888-0617 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and to make shipping arrangements. We will send you a replacement, or issue a credit once the defective merchandise has been received.

Text Book and Workbook Returns – current edition
We accept back 20% of an order within 5 months of invoice date and issue either a credit (valid for one year) or a refund check less a 10% restocking fee. Overstock books must be returned in saleable condition or they will be refused. Requests for return must be in writing and must include our invoice number. Send requests via:

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued and faxed or emailed to you. Shipping charges for all overstock book returns are the customer’s responsibility. All return shipments must be fully insured, CNS will not be responsible for uninsured packages. Defective books will be replaced.

No returns on single book orders or on used books.
